Anna & James ~ A serene Gretna Green Elopement

Anna & James from Yorkshire wanted a simple yet meaningful and romantic wedding.
We met them at their wee cottage, part of the Smiths Hotel, to capture a relaxed and slow morning drinking coffee and playing cards together.
When it was time, Julien took James for a coffee, and Rose stayed with Anna to help her with the finishing touches, and capture precious details. We helped them to organise a first look, which was one of the most emotional we have ever witnessed!
After their ceremony at the Famous Blacksmith we headed out to a very moody Scottish countryside for their relaxed portrait session.
A meaningful yet utterly romantic wedding day indeed...
